Carrie Gebhard is a local artist and photographer. She has trained at Harford Community College as well as Towson State University but is mostly self taught in the field of photography. She is a member of the Harford Artist's Association and has received several awards for her art and photography. She recently won 3rd prize for "Snowy Day in Bel Air" at the "Pictures at an Exhibition" show held at Tudor Hall in Churchville, MD.
